How long does an order take?
Most arrive in seconds. When a network is slow the order shows Processing, and we keep checking until it is delivered or your money is returned.
What if an order fails?
The full amount goes back to your wallet by itself, usually within seconds. You do not need to call anyone.
Is there a charge to fund my wallet?
Paystack, the payment company, adds its own charge when you pay by card or transfer. You see the exact figure before you pay.
Can I get lower prices if I sell to others?
Yes. Recharge shops, cyber cafés and schools buy at Agent and Dealer prices. Create an account, then choose Become an Agent inside it. For Dealer prices, contact us.
